The University of Cincinnati's Friday Night Live program is set to hold a free Bingo game Friday at 7 p.m. in room 400 of Tangeman University Center.
Friday Night Live is a group that was created to hold fun, alcohol-free Friday night events. The events are always free and include music and prizes.
There will be a total of seven games of Bingo played. The prizes will be gift cards that range in prices and will be from venues such as Target, Chipotle, Skyline and the University of Cincinnati Bookstore. The grand prize will be a Nintendo Wii.
"It has been several years since we tried having a Bingo," said Erica Forrest, program coordinator for the UC Wellness Center and Friday Night Live. "And a lot of people have been requesting it."
Forrest expects a lot of students to attend the event.
"I'm pretty excited about it," Forrest said. "A lot of people expressed interest in it and it will be a fun activity for the student body to do."
No food will be served at the event. There is no limit to how many students can participate in the event and no reservation is required.
Friday Night Live usually meets twice monthly to discuss ideas for future events on campus.
They encourage every student to come and participate in the meeting. Pizza and refreshments are provided. For further information, call Erica Forrest at 513-556-2924.
